+I'd like to attend RC for 3 main reasons:
+
+1) To surround myself with more like-minded people, who have a passion
+   for programming, and are naturally inquisitive. I love these kind of
+   relationships, but the last time I was able to be surrounded by those
+   kind of people was in undergrad. I still love my friends from then
+   though!
+
+2) To rediscover my passion for programming. Working on software all day
+   every day has drained my love of programming. This burnout seems like
+   it could be treated by removing myself from the daily work structure.
+   I don't even have the energy to hack on any projects on my own after
+   work, since I've spent all my energy fighting microservices and
+   workplace politics.

+3) To increase my abilities. I feel like I know what I //don't know// at
